WHY is this happening to me NOW when submission is only left with 2 weeks! WHY >? What i happening to me. I am not just having a fever, cough flu but bad headaches too. Whenever i open my eyes, my head starts to aches, i need to keep resting on my bed like a sick patient. The panadols are not very helpful to me and somemore it is extra formula ones. I cannot even open my eyes now. Wahahahah! Wheheheheh! WOhohohoh! Best of the Best, i have not done any work since Thursday, and i still have a lot of work to do, this Sickness is making me my whold body weak and i can't do any work. I need to go back to sleep now. The pain is unbearable. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH! OUCHHHHHHH!

Today went to YIXIAN'S CHALET located at ARENDA AT DOWNTOWN EAST. Met BEe and went there together, and the fun thing is that i asked BEE to walk to the Country Club instead of taking a bus because it is only 2 bus stos away form the train station but i forgotten the route. In the end was bee that walk me there, OH ! I HAVE SHORT-TERM MEMORY ALREADY. IT WAS A COUNTRY CLUB. Should be expensive to book there. Was really having fun and enjoying there. Although i had a slight fever, i still make myself there, coz i dun feel like disappointing YIXIAN since i have promised to be there and i supposed this is the last gathering before graduation.Was there, feel a bit giddy at first, nap there, aircon was cold, and group there was playing games. Word games, Card Games, Mahjong etc. Late evening, went down for BBQ. I have to say that i was only there to eat, i did not help to COOK ! Oh , hhaha, i feel like i am a sick patient and everyone bringing food to the table. Then we started to chit chat. WOW ! we laughed like mad for the whole night i suppose. I was HORNY. Yixian is right, I was Horny. but its ok, as long as we are happy and enjoying there, i don't mind. I think i did a worng move that is to show the "HORNY" face. Haha! Lucky i was not shot by the camera, it was like i am enjoying SEX? Wahahahaha. EAT EAT EAT - DRINK DRINK DRINK > but i did not eat a lot coz not feeling well, i need to get WELL soon, if not i will have not enough time to finish my project.

Today is another wasted DAY with no work done. Was sketching out ideas when BEE came at about 12pm. We went for lunch at FC1 eating western food, then JIREH came halfway to join in LAH ! Was chatting while i finish my food. After that we went off. Bee decided to avoid ALEXIS from looking @ her work by going to work in the library. I decided to ask Peilan to tag along because i want to BOOK A MEETING ROOM, then we can do work there quietly. Went to book a room at 2.30pm. Ok, we surf net and in the end never manage to do any work , WAHAHAHA, so we do other stuffs instead. I'm not going to elaborate further, but it is not related to any schoolwork. Ok there was a special lecture by the lighting designer. It was quite boring, more like promotion instead of a LECTURE. Then after the lecture, home !

Today went to Sim Lim Square searching for Laptops. WoW. There is a new shop which sells Laptops . Oh NO! more and more laptops stores are opening there. Last time only so few that i find it difficult to locate. Wonder how they do their business there. Searched for HP and found out that PeiShan's model is selling for $1500 only. Unbelievable, and compaq new model at only $1399. LOL. Opening Sale. Save a lot. But no money to buy it. Waiting for my Scholarship cheque now. Then i will consider buying it, but who knows by the time i got the cheque, the Laptops are sold out. After that came home. Switched on the computer. Found out that Display Card having error. Cannot start Windows ! NO DISPLAY ! Took a cab down urgently to get it done quickly. When i reached there. Saw them slacking, Surfing Net Looking at stuffs. HahA. Makes me feel "SLACKY" again.They Reinstalled the hardware and Problem Solved. Fast Worker. took only 20 Minutes. No wonder they can slack. Think i will not do any work today again. Its late and i am tired. See how tomorrow. Maybe i will get some work done. Friends Out There. Please Don'e Be Like Me. You Will Regret !!!!!

Everybody has it, and everybody talks about it, but nobody really knows what stress is. WHY? It is because stress means different thing for each of us, and is also different for each of us. Get a Higher Frame of Reference We can also receive assurance and hope from our spiritual beliefs. Many studies have confirmed the benefits of having strong faith as a powerful stress-buffer, enhancing our ability to cope with life's more serious stresses. Look After Your Body A healthy body is a natural defense against stress. Eating and sleeping well ensures better health and a sense of well-being. Regular exercise helps to build physical and mental strength against stress. Use Stress-Coping Strategies It is important to have good and effective outlets and coping strategies. Poor coping strategies will worsen stress. It’s been said that the only thing constant in life is change. People change, circumstances change, things change. Change can be small, big, subtle or sudden. Sometimes it’s a breeze, other times it’s a painful process. Change may be a choice we make, or it may be imposed on us. A new job, getting married, starting a family, moving house – these are examples of life changes we may experience. Some people view change as a positive challenge, others fret and agonize over the consequences of new situations. Few of us deal with change without feeling unruffled, so here are some tips to help deal with it more effectively. Don’t rush it Change involves a transition from one set of circumstances to another. Give yourself time to adjust and settle down. Expect a reaction Emotions will be stirred up. Let yourself laugh, cry or feel moody about it. Change often involves a degree of loss, so it’s OK to grieve a little and feel nostalgic. Don’t take it personally Change happens. That’s life. It’s got nothing to do with you. Don’t obsess over who’s to blame or why it happened. Go with the flow Don’t resist or be too rigid. Be flexible, ride out the storm, and see how things turn out. Don’t go it alone Talk to your family and close friends. Share your problems with people you trust. Others may offer a different angle to the situation. Lazy to type. happy birthday to nam gee!!!! yeah so tahts wat we have been doing yesterday in louisapals house... attempting to bake a cake for NAM NGEE!!!! ok we went to cold storage to get necessary ingredients to bake a decent cake. so we had to choose from a top deck cake,white angel cake,choc moist cake in milk choc,fudge or devil's food and lastly brownies so alas we chose a choc fudge cake by hersheys and bought 2 blocks of van houten bakign chocolate. chun meng chose it and he was so excited about baking!!!bought 2 oreos at a good offer of 2 bucks..normally one oreo pack is 1.70.so do u see the great sale? yeah so we reached home la which was far away from rail mall...actually on the way back to louisa's home chunmneg kept asking "so are we reaching?" again and again and "i can't see any buildings lor" which is true louisa stays in dairy farm road and her estate is surrounded by lots of greens i mean bukit timah nature reserves is around there too so finally as we were reaching louisa just pointed to some greens and said "there is where i stay." hahahaha u should have seen chun mng's face.was to die for hahaha for him anything and everything about louisa is unnatural and uncommon. her living in a condo.her eating at high class places.her bf jimmy having family business in an organic farm.pffttt u just cant imagin the things chun meng does and say.....hilarious!!!! anyway yeah so we baked the cake it was easy just dump everything inside.it was an instant mix so yeah all we needed was eggs and veg oil. louisa gasp" pals,u din remind to buy butter!!!!" bee "oops.sorry i tot it was that kind add water only mix.hahahha" shit we eventually used veg oil which sucks la. cos after we tasted the batter,it had a very chinese sesame tangy taste to the mixture.probably that was the reason y the cake din work out. oops did i blurted it already.yeah the cake din work out. hahahahaha it was very moist and wet..nice but too much.too filling.u noe the kind that leaves with u a "i wanna puke" feeling. oh crap...just thinking about and it make me wanna puke but its ok its the thought that counts. anyway the onlythings that chunmeng contributed to do was break 1 egg and crush oreos. hahahaha. but it ok.he is sweet. but super cute..when i ask him to crush the oreos eh, he actually took out 1 oreo 1 by one and crush them maybe it will take 5 mins per oreo so if u calculate itll be christmas la to finally bake the cake!!

was doing my GEMS Project.... Spend the whole of SAturdy and Sunday to complete them>>> in the end, did not manage to touch on t2A {{{SUCKZ}}}. What to DO since i want to get an A for gems, so my research have to be sufficient. Not an easy task to come out with ideas / scenarios for the gems. Most difficult is the layout of the powerpoint slides. I want to train myself to be professional in the layout. Keep Changing and changing and changing. Not much time left. NExt week is my presentation, and i have not rehearsed yet. Bee almost SCOLDED by me on MSN tat day if she continues the conversation. I received an MSN msg. today have usual GEMS lesson...... Today's lesson is so lame.... I was thought how to make a person destress and i have to learn them... Stretch My hands.. Turn my neck Juz like exercise.... how can it make a person destress More rediculous stuff is comin.... we have to even pull our own hair as hard as we can.... and the lecturer said doin this can destress as "IT CAUSES HEADACHE" what THEORY is that... WEIRDWEIRD> After that , we were doin breathing exercise... we were to hold our breath and think of something happy..... Lastly,,,, we have to close our eyes and imagine we are in East Coast beach watching scenery to destress.... You may also like to try that whenever you are stress.... This is the weirdest gem lesson i have took ever.... Went back to studio to have usual lecture..... HAve brought nothing to school to work... so Zhow at 1.00pm to go home do model.....

WHY is this happening to me NOW when submission is only left with 2 weeks! WHY >? What i happening to me. I am not just having a fever, cough flu but bad headaches too. Whenever i open my eyes, my head starts to aches, i need to keep resting on my bed like a sick patient. The panadols are not very helpful to me and somemore it is extra formula ones. I cannot even open my eyes now. Wahahahah! Wheheheheh! WOhohohoh! Best of the Best, i have not done any work since Thursday, and i still have a lot of work to do, this Sickness is making me my whold body weak and i can't do any work. I need to go back to sleep now. Today went to YIXIAN'S CHALET located at ARENDA AT DOWNTOWN EAST. Met BEe and went there together, and the fun thing is that i asked BEE to walk to the Country Club instead of taking a bus because it is only 2 bus stos away form the train station but i forgotten the route. In the end was bee that walk me there, OH ! I HAVE SHORT-TERM MEMORY ALREADY. IT WAS A COUNTRY CLUB. Should be expensive to book there. Was really having fun and enjoying there. Although i had a slight fever, i still make myself there, coz i dun feel like disappointing YIXIAN since i have promised to be there and i supposed this is the last gathering before graduation.Was there, feel a bit giddy at first, nap there, aircon was cold, and group there was playing games. Word games, Card Games, Mahjong etc. Late evening, went down for BBQ. I have to say that i was only there to eat, i did not help to COOK ! Oh , hhaha, i feel like i am a sick patient and everyone bringing food to the table. Then we started to chit chat. WOW ! we laughed like mad for the whole night i suppose. I was HORNY. Yixian is right, I was Horny. but its ok, as long as we are happy and enjoying there, i don't mind. I think i did a worng move that is to show the "HORNY" face. Haha! Lucky i was not shot by the camera, it was like i am enjoying SEX? Wahahahaha. EAT EAT EAT - DRINK DRINK DRINK > but i did not eat a lot coz not feeling well, i need to get WELL soon, if not i will have not enough time to finish my project.

Today is another wasted DAY with no work done. Was sketching out ideas when BEE came at about 12pm. We went for lunch at FC1 eating western food, then JIREH came halfway to join in LAH ! Was chatting while i finish my food. After that we went off. Bee decided to avoid ALEXIS from looking @ her work by going to work in the library. I decided to ask Peilan to tag along because i want to BOOK A MEETING ROOM, then we can do work there quietly. Went to book a room at 2.30pm. Ok, we surf net and in the end never manage to do any work , WAHAHAHA, so we do other stuffs instead. I'm not going to elaborate further, but it is not related to any schoolwork. Ok there was a special lecture by the lighting designer. It was quite boring, more like promotion instead of a LECTURE. Then after the lecture, home !

Today went to Sim Lim Square searching for Laptops. WoW. There is a new shop which sells Laptops . Oh NO! more and more laptops stores are opening there. Last time only so few that i find it difficult to locate. Wonder how they do their business there. Searched for HP and found out that PeiShan's model is selling for $1500 only. Unbelievable, and compaq new model at only $1399. LOL. Opening Sale. Save a lot. But no money to buy it. Waiting for my Scholarship cheque now. Then i will consider buying it, but who knows by the time i got the cheque, the Laptops are sold out. After that came home. Switched on the computer. Found out that Display Card having error. Cannot start Windows ! NO DISPLAY ! Took a cab down urgently to get it done quickly. When i reached there. Saw them slacking, Surfing Net Looking at stuffs. HahA. Makes me feel "SLACKY" again.They Reinstalled the hardware and Problem Solved. Fast Worker. took only 20 Minutes. No wonder they can slack. Think i will not do any work today again. Its late and i am tired. See how tomorrow. Maybe i will get some work done. Friends Out There. Please Don'e Be Like Me. You Will Regret !!!!!

It’s been said that the only thing constant in life is change. People change, circumstances change, things change. Change can be small, big, subtle or sudden. Sometimes it’s a breeze, other times it’s a painful process. Change may be a choice we make, or it may be imposed on us. A new job, getting married, starting a family, moving house – these are examples of life changes we may experience. Some people view change as a positive challenge, others fret and agonize over the consequences of new situations. Few of us deal with change without feeling unruffled, so here are some tips to help deal with it more effectively. Don’t rush it Change involves a transition from one set of circumstances to another. Give yourself time to adjust and settle down. Expect a reaction Emotions will be stirred up. Let yourself laugh, cry or feel moody about it. Change often involves a degree of loss, so it’s OK to grieve a little and feel nostalgic. Don’t take it personally Change happens. That’s life. It’s got nothing to do with you. Don’t obsess over who’s to blame or why it happened. Go with the flow Don’t resist or be too rigid. Be flexible, ride out the storm, and see how things turn out. Lazy to type. happy birthday to nam gee!!!! yeah so tahts wat we have been doing yesterday in louisapals house... attempting to bake a cake for NAM NGEE!!!! ok we went to cold storage to get necessary ingredients to bake a decent cake. so we had to choose from a top deck cake,white angel cake,choc moist cake in milk choc,fudge or devil's food and lastly brownies so alas we chose a choc fudge cake by hersheys and bought 2 blocks of van houten bakign chocolate. chun meng chose it and he was so excited about baking!!!bought 2 oreos at a good offer of 2 bucks..normally one oreo pack is 1.70.so do u see the great sale? yeah so we reached home la which was far away from rail mall...actually on the way back to louisa's home chunmneg kept asking "so are we reaching?" again and again and "i can't see any buildings lor" which is true louisa stays in dairy farm road and her estate is surrounded by lots of greens i mean bukit timah nature reserves is around there too so finally as we were reaching louisa just pointed to some greens and said "there is where i stay." hahahaha u should have seen chun mng's face.was to die for hahaha for him anything and everything about louisa is unnatural and uncommon. her living in a condo.her eating at high class places.her bf jimmy having family business in an organic farm.pffttt u just cant imagin the things chun meng does and say.....hilarious!!!! anyway yeah so we baked the cake it was easy just dump everything inside.it was an instant mix so yeah all we needed was eggs and veg oil. louisa gasp" pals,u din remind to buy butter!!!!" bee "oops.sorry i tot it was that kind add water only mix.hahahha" shit we eventually used veg oil which sucks la. cos after we tasted the batter,it had a very chinese sesame tangy taste to the mixture.probably that was the reason y the cake din work out. oops did i blurted it already.yeah the cake din work out. hahahahaha it was very moist and wet..nice but too much.too filling.u noe the kind that leaves with u a "i wanna puke" feeling. oh crap...just thinking about and it make me wanna puke but its ok its the thought that counts. anyway the onlythings that chunmeng contributed to do was break 1 egg and crush oreos. hahahaha. but it ok.he is sweet. but super cute..when i ask him to crush the oreos eh, he actually took out 1 oreo 1 by one and crush them maybe it will take 5 mins per oreo so if u calculate itll be christmas la to finally bake the cake!!

IS JEALOUS ABOUT SOMETHING THAT IS NOT RELATED TO ME> WENT TO LOUSIA HOUSE TO BAKE THE CAKE INGREDIENTS: SKIP AFTERNOON CLASS AND TOOK A BUS DOWN TO LOUSIA PLACE> FOUND OUT THAT HER HOUSE ID VERY ANTIQUE FEEL> TOILET UPGRADED>(STOP) WENT TO COLD STORAGE BUY INGREDIENTS> TALK RUBBISH ON THE WAY> EVENT:my pals louisa le corbusier kahn.this pic was taken by me a long time ago.artisticly gorgeous rite? hi hi hi !!! i am here at louisa pals house at dairy farm road and guess wat chun meng was here as well!!! and he claims to be jealous of louisa's mom cause we saw her sitting in the patio putting her leg on top of their table reading a pile of newspapers non-stop.She is like super free la. ccm: louisa you say your mother is full time housewife but don't look like it leh. she so free like do nothing, only tell the maid what to do, more like tai tai. louisa: yea la that's housewife. ccm: aiyerr like that so good i also want, i'm very jealous la. like do nothing like that and just sit there and enjoy life. i think ccm is just too stressed up wth work he wants to be like louisa's mom.just returned from bali spa resort and heading to some New Zealand to see pastures. and she actually returned from Melbourne like recently please!!!!looks like retirement is setting in. jesus, is her dad like printing money or wat? anway we were just doing something in louisa's crib. and chun meng was of SO MUCH help..then he had to leave early for some gems presentation rehearsal!!! can u believe it? would anybody rehearse for presentation?ok la maybe ccm has to.cause his communication skills are tip top. and then on his way back to school he kept calling louisa pals to check out on us and he actually doubted our capabilities and like halo!!!! arent we the women here? LATEST ANNOUNCENT : HEARD THAT THE CAKE WAS A DISASTER> WHAT THE ****> STILL SAY NO PROBLEM> OBSERVATIONS : LOUISA AND BEE DO NOT LIKE BOYS TO BE INVOLVED IN THE KITCHEN

was doing my GEMS Project.... Spend the whole of SAturdy and Sunday to complete them>>> in the end, did not manage to touch on t2A {{{SUCKZ}}}. What to DO since i want to get an A for gems, so my research have to be sufficient. Not an easy task to come out with ideas / scenarios for the gems. Most difficult is the layout of the powerpoint slides. I want to train myself to be professional in the layout. Keep Changing and changing and changing. Not much time left. NExt week is my presentation, and i have not rehearsed yet. Bee almost SCOLDED by me on MSN tat day if she continues the conversation. I received an MSN msg. "Hi Darling,why are u PISSED OFF> i forget her MSN e-mail so i thought it is my the other friends making fun.... [Pls. I DON"T NEED ANYONE TO LOVE ME YET, thanx] And she still did not show herself and continued the "LOVE DRAMA" *I IGNORED-------****

today have usual GEMS lesson...... Today's lesson is so lame.... I was thought how to make a person destress and i have to learn them... Stretch My hands.. Turn my neck Juz like exercise.... how can it make a person destress More rediculous stuff is comin.... we have to even pull our own hair as hard as we can.... and the lecturer said doin this can destress as "IT CAUSES HEADACHE" what THEORY is that... WEIRDWEIRD> After that , we were doin breathing exercise... we were to hold our breath and think of something happy..... Lastly,,,, we have to close our eyes and imagine we are in East Coast beach watching scenery to destress.... You may also like to try that whenever you are stress.... This is the weirdest gem lesson i have took ever.... Went back to studio to have usual lecture..... HAve brought nothing to school to work... so Zhow at 1.00pm to go home do model.....

heyhey, seems like no one still has the complete mood to start work still....... slowpace...slowpace... my working attitude ahs gone from bad to worst... thanks to my body reaction... Toking to myself yesterday (you might think that i'm crazy, but its true) : (what i told myself yesterday)......... CM:Hello, my body BODY:Hi, CM CM: What's the matter with you recently. You juz dun start work. only think of meeting friends and goin out. You want me to fail this year isit? Body: It's all ur fault. WHo ask you to give me so little life in year2. I want to enjoy now. No life will die.... CM: ????? BODY: HAHAHA... so how. isit fun to get back ur "life" CM: BUt too much already. u have enjoyed fully for 5 weeks u know BODY: how to compare 5 weeks to a year ... u make me work like hell in year 2. nv give a break CM: I want to do well what... BODY: so u make use of me SO MUCH. I want to enjoy this year CM: EMOTIONAL IMBALANCE for a little while. Sat on chair and stare in computer BODY: I'm still in my enjoyment mood. No mood to tok about work CM: Ok, so when will you give me back my mood to work BODY: NEVER CM: PLeasepleaseplease.... I don't want to retain for another year. I no $$$. BODY: Ok lah. juz enjoy this week. NExt week i will suffer with you , OK. CM: Ok, i will call my friends out later. HaHaHA... happy BODY: K Conversation ended. CM will work hard next week....................
