TRAFFIC JAM AT COMMONWEALTH CLOSE

It was so unusual to see a traffic jam under my block..... i don't think it happened before, but this was what happenened at the road under my block.... So took photos for reference !

Then flipped through the papers today... Well, the traffic jam is caused by a flood in Commonwealth Avenue... so the area along Commonwealth was affected.... The flood has caused some roads to be blocked from driving through

After 15 mins, but seems that vehicles are not really moving.
* see position of the silver lorry and the word "SLOW"!
