I feel that i am always being bullied by customers at my workplace and i'm damn pissed whenever i think back of these incidents.
Main reason is because they think i am young and coz i am wearing a TRAINEE badge, so they can raise their voices , threaten to complain me when i have already give them the best service and said that my service is slow where actually i am working fast .
That customer really pissed me off and spoil my mood.
She came to my store to buy shoes with her mother. And i was the unlucky one to serve her.
Her mother's feet size is 5 as the few other pairs she's been trying also size 5.
Suddenly , the daughter brought one pair which i think is size 6 and asked me to look for the exact pair . So i brought the promoter to one side , wanting to inform her that her mother's leg size is actually 5 . So i aksed her to bring both 5 and 6 so that she do not need to walk about if size 6 does not fit her mother's foot. But that idiot i think followed me behind which i did not notice and heard my conversation . And i think she did not hear everything i said , just picking on some words and she shouted,
I WANT TO COMPLAIN . HOW DO YOU KNOW MY MOTHER DOESN'T WANT IT !!!
I was shocked, when did i say that your mother don't want the shoe, i jus say she might not want that size as it might not suit her and i am also not talking to you , why did u kpo so much ....
I was so angry. She walked to the cashier and said loudly that my service is bad , no manners and all.....
ANd the mother treated me like a dog, want me to wear the shoes for her, ordering me to find shoes within 1 minute , and worst of all , the cashier has a long queue, the promoter was like so nice to her that she helped her to queue and make payment while she waits at the counter,
Believe what she said :
" I WANT YOU TO COME BACK WITHIN 5 MINUTES " which i think which is not possible , but luckily she made it .
In the end , she said she will complain me and the promoter for being slow.
We already provided the best service but in the end she still want to complain .
I hate people who are rich . They expect KING and QUEEN services, but remember , you are just a normal customer, you did not pay us to serve you . By right , we do not need to provide these services, but we do it but you are still not satisfied .
Please, if so , you better open your own boutique so that you can buy whatever you want , without needing to wait and so on .
And you think your $1000 note is very big. You are just trying to show OFF .
Sorry for being so unreasonable but please mind your manners.
